This piece is nice. What appeals to me is how clean it is. It seems very similar to cel-shading. Normally people claim that anime vector art is "cel-shading" ( hah, I call it SCREENSHOT TRACING
I won't say anything about her top hand being "screwed" as you've put it, so I won't point that out.
This may be subject for contradiction so to speak, but I think she looks a bit out of proportion, particularly her head and her arms. Her arms look a bit too wide (length-wise, they're fine) and her head looks a bit big. Also, I think her right arm (the arm to our left) should maybe be raised a bit higher. I also think her feet look a bit awkward, and could perhaps simply be "inverted" so to speak, as in, her feet should be facing the opposite way.
Nice work regardless though, Katie. Very clean, cut, and professional looking.
